Financial reports
Since SWCDs lack levy authority, we are reliant on external funding to meet operational needs. Funding may be sourced from county allocation, watershed-based implementation funds, competitive grants, or contracted services. The majority of our funding comes from the Clean Water Fund through service grants and Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) grants. This page is dedicated to grants; how much we receives, who is(was) the funding source, and how we used that funding for soil and water resource goals. If you are interested in any earlier grant documents, please contact our office at 320-983-2160.
