What can I do? Advisory Committee meetings are open to the public and participation of the general public is encouraged. Quarterly meetings are held the Mille Lacs Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) office, 1016 5th Street SE, Milaca, MN 56353, just east of the Dairy Queen along Hwy 23. Contact the SWCD for scheduled meeting dates and times.
